Microwavable Bowl
Note: In this recipe, we used both of the mini waffle molds provided in the four pack of molds. You can use a different type of mold, but you must figure out how much the mold holds in total. For example, each of the mini waffle molds hold 1.6 oz of chocolate so we'll need 3.2 oz of chocolate for this recipe.
Break off the amount of chocolate needed to totally fill the molds and place it in a microwavable-bowl. We used 3.2 oz.
Place bowl in microwave and run it for 2 minutes at 50% power. Then remove and stir with spoon. Run in microwave again for 45 seconds at 50% power. All of the chocolate should be melted by the end of this step.
Take 1 tsp of MCT oil and pour it into a shot glass. Place it in the microwave for 20 seconds on full power.
Add the 1 tsp of Sunflower Lecithin Powder to shot glass and stir well.
Next we need to heat the Delta-8 Distillate Syringe. We can do this by running it under hot water for 3-4 minutes. You'll know it's ready when the bubble in the syringe can move freely when flipping the syringe.
Squirt the full syringe into the shot glass. Stir quickly and thoroughly (about 1 minute).
Pour the full shot glass mixture into the bowl with the melted chocolate. Make sure to stir thoroughly (2-3 minutes is recommended).
Use a spoon to move the chocolate into each of the chocolate mold slots.
Place in freezer (on a flat surface) for 1 hour.
Remove from freezer. The chocolates are now done and ready to eat. We like to remove them from the molds and place them in a container in the refrigerator. Storing them in the refrigerator will extend shelf life.
Note: To figure out the dosage, look at the total amount of mg of Delta-8 THC in the syringe. Take this number and divide it by the amount of chocolate pieces. This will give you the total amount of Delta-8 THC mg per chocolate. You can micro dose the chocolate by breaking down each piece of chocolate into the small squares.
